As the rain pours and wind howls outside, I sometimes think about the brave lifeboat crews as I sit comfortably on my sofa with a glass of wine.

Dorset blogger Jane has a really great blog which is all about the wildlife and country life of Dorset – and probably anything else that takes her fancy at the time. It’s full of great Dorset photography and she really knows the names of plants, insects and wildlife so it’s a very informative blog too.
